Michael “Landlord Mike” King is a Realtor, investor, and advisor with nearly a decade of experience in residential sales and more than 300 homes sold, both on and off market.

Michael has personally flipped dozens of homes, helping him to understand the seller's perspective at a high level — protecting equity, maximizing value, and presenting properties for the best possible outcome. Having owned and operated his own investment company, overseeing acquisitions, renovations, and dispositions at scale, it gives him hands-on experience from both the investor and advisor sides of the business.

Now actively acquiring and renovating properties through King Concept Properties, in addition to helping clients buy and sell homes throughout DFW, Michael offers intimate knowledge of residential real estate, combining market knowledge, renovation experience, pricing strategy, and real-world transaction expertise to help clients make confident decisions in any market.
