Michael “Landlord Mike” King has been actively involved in real estate since 2017, bringing nearly a decade of experience across investing, sales, and advisory roles. He began his real estate journey at age 23 as an investor, then earned his real estate license in February 2018.

Since then, Michael has closed 200+ real estate transactions, including dozens of fix-and-flips, hundreds of residential sales, buyer representation, and even commercial deals. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated a real estate investment firm with over 15 employees, overseeing acquisitions, renovations, and sales at scale. This hands-on background gives him a rare, well-rounded perspective and the ability to analyze deals, navigate complex situations, and guide clients with clarity and confidence.

Today, Michael is an active Realtor, selling dozens of homes each year and is also an investor, operating King Concept Properties, an investment company focused on buying homes. His wife, is also the principal designer behind King Concept Interiors, a joint venture. Together, they blend real estate strategy with design expertise to unlock value for both buyers and sellers. Known as “Landlord Mike,” he’s often referred to as the “Lord of the Land” for his deep knowledge of real estate, market trends, and creative solutions. His approach is simple: honest advice, strong execution, and always doing what’s best for the client.
